Joining Your Boiler Experts

All payments to Your Boiler Experts will be taken on the day you sign up to the plan. If payment is unsuccessful then this could affect your plan.

To cancel your plan you can logon through the website and go through the cancel plan process.

You can cancel your plan over the phone. Just call our office on 0113 8500510 and we will guide you through the process.

If a plan is cancelled before the 12month period this could incur charges for any works carried out already.

Firstly thankyou for signing up.

over the next few days one of the team will be intouch where we will arrange our initial visit.
During this visit we will check the boiler and system as we would on any safety check. any faults that are exisitng on the system will rewuire repairing before we take it on to our plan. these repairs will be chargable

Making A Claim

Online 

The quickest way to log a claim is via your customer portal and follow the on screen instructions.
this allows us to process your claim quickly and allocate the job to the correct engineer

Phone

Call our dedicated claims hotline number where a member of our team will book in an appointment for you with a phone call. Sometimes we may require to call round available engineers. this is why the online portal is a great option.

Boiler Service

Your Boiler Experts gas safety checks and boiler servicing may take place during the warmer months, (APRIL-SEPT) freeing us up to deliver a quality service when you need us most in the winter.
Usually a gas safety check will take place within 30 days of you signing up to a plan.
Please note that any pre exisitng faults that are on your boiler during this service will be chargeable
